Installation

Requirements

Section titled “Requirements”
  • WordPress 5.9 or later
  • PHP 8.2 or later

From your WordPress dashboard

Section titled “From your WordPress dashboard”
  1. Go to Plugins → Add New.
  2. Search for SEO Sentry.
  3. Click Install Now, then Activate.

Manual upload

Section titled “Manual upload”
  1. Download the plugin zip from WordPress.org.
  2. Upload the seo-sentry folder to /wp-content/plugins/, or go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  3. Activate the plugin.

After activation, an SEO Sentry menu appears in your WordPress admin. Continue with the quick start.

Deactivating and uninstalling

Section titled “Deactivating and uninstalling”
  • Deactivating keeps all stored data, so monitoring can resume later.
  • Deleting the plugin removes its tables, options, scheduled events and cached values.
